This is a Boutique, Specialised Studio, with limited spaces available for the Group Class. Booking Confirmation is Essential.
Sessions are for a duration of 60 minutes and includes premium yoga mats, cushions, mattresses and props, which are all set up prior to the class
Tuesday 06:45 Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation practice. All Levels Welcome.
Tuesday 08:00 Yoga Therapy, a remedial practice focusing on the healing benefits of the practice. Lymphatic, Digestive and Joint Health Series. Structural Healing through conscious personal alignment, strength and balance. All lines evenly harmonised. Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome.
Wednesday 08:00 Master Class, an Advancing Practice, with the focus on advancing through detailed and intricate intelligence embodied. Sequenced and articulated to make the more complex asana and pranayama innately accessible. Structural healing through conscious personal alignment, strength and balance. Intermediate and Advancing Practitioners. *Please this class is not suitable if you are presently struggling and recently recovering from an injury or ailment.
